About Avalon Palms II

Avalon Palms II Apartments were built in 1973, completely remodeled in 2006 and contain 148 units on two stories. Apartment sizes vary from one bedroom to three bedrooms and leases are either for six or 12 month periods.

These well-planned apartments feature mini-blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting, extra storage and a patio or balcony. Bedrooms have walk in closets and all rooms have ceiling fans. For your convenience, there are three communal laundry rooms and for relaxation, there is a large pool.

This centrally located development is close to Highway 183 and the MoPac Expressway. For cycling enthusiasts, this area is very flat and there are bike lanes. Transit systems, some within a short walking distance, are buses, trams and rail links. It will take approximately 27 minutes to commute to downtown Austin by car.

This complex is close to schools, shops and a variety of parks with children’s playgrounds. Bright Leaf Preserve is a great place for people that like wide open spaces. Guided hikes are provided on the second Saturday and Sunday every month, but these trails are not ADA accessible.
