Eagle's Nest is a quiet complex for people who desire options. The complex offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, and some units come with a den, fireplace, or both. The size of each floor plan varies from 440 to 1,330 square feet. On the grounds, residents will gain access to a pool, barbecues, volleyball courts, and a laundry room. The complex is located close to the I-10, I-410, and the U.S. Highway 87.

Eagle's Nest offers amenities that are designed to make the rentals more affordable and convenient for residents. Mini blinds are available in each unit, and wall-to-wall carpeting works to muffle sound and create a comfortable platform to walk on. Ceiling fans are included in each room, and walk-in closets make storing clothes and other items easier. Each apartment also has a pantry for guests to use. Dishwashers, garbage disposals, and refrigerators are also included.

Cats and dogs are permitted in the residences. There is a two pet maximum, and residnts must pay a non-refundable pet fee.

Eagle's Nest is located close to Northside School District, and school-age children can attend Mead Elementary School, Rudder Middle School, or Marshall High School. The complex is close to Dellview Park and Balcones Heights City Park.
