When you find an apartment using our service and properly list us, we are paid a referral commission from the apartment community.

How do I qualify for a free move?
You must have learned about the apartment community from UMoveFree. Search apartment listings on our website, or let one of UMoveFree's
agents do the searching for you. When visiting communities, be sure you properly list UMoveFree
as your referral source on all guest cards and rental applications. Let your agent know as soon as you have submitted an application,
and we will verify your information, then you can schedule your free move or rebate. It's that easy!
Will you move everything for free?
Our goal is to provide every renter a completely free move whenever we can. We move everything an average apartment contains and, most importantly,
we have the most inclusive free move offer in the industry; guaranteed! How can we do this? UMoveFree is by far the largest
and most popular apartment finding service in Texas. We dwarf our nearest competitors. By leveraging our volume we are able to offer the best deal around.
We include the highest number of boxes and include more "no charge" items than any of our smaller competitors. Even if you have a few items that fall outside

Why are there limits on your free move offer?
UMoveFree is not a moving company; we are a real estate company. We help renters find apartments and earn a referral commission from the property where you lease.
We use a portion of that commission to provide you a rebate of up to $200. Alternatively, customers have the option of using that rebate amount towards the cost of
a move. We've negotiated the best possible price based on the volume of moves our customers purchase. Our standard free move offer
covers most items and many customers are able to move with no additional fees. With that said, there are limits on what we can get moved
for that price. If a customer has additional items or their move takes an additional amount of time, they are only responsible for the overage fees.
These additional fees are paid directly to the moving company - not UMoveFree. Keep in mind, UMoveFree guarantees
the most inclusive free move available.
How do I know I'm getting the best free move offer available?
UMoveFree is the largest and most popular apartment locating company in country. We can offer more back to our customers because of our volume allowing us
to operate at lower profit margins. We watch our competition closely to ensure we offer the highest rebates and most inclusive

How do I schedule my free move?
Contact your agent and report your lease or call our office at 800.863.0603.
We'll confirm your lease details with the community and then provide you a lease confirmation number. Once you have this confirmation number
you can complete our online move request.
Is there anything you recommend I do to prepare for my move?
Yes. We recommend you review our moving tips and moving terms of service in advance.

If I have additional charges, what methods of payment are accepted, and at what point is this paid?
If you have additional items or time not covered by our standard free move you will be required to pay these fees directly
to the moving company on the day of your move. The movers will accept cash only for additional charges.
Can you move me from a storage unit, house, etc. to my new apartment?
Yes we can.
Can you move me from one city to another?
Absolutely; most of our clients are moving from one city to another. There's no additional charge for this so long as your move falls within the same metro area.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my move?
We suggest you finalize your lease and schedule your move as early as possible to make sure you can get your preferred move date.

Do your movers work every day?
The moving company we use is available 7 days a week excluding certain holidays such as Christmas and New Year's Day.

Suppose my roommate and I are moving from separate locations, do we both qualify for the free move?
Our standard Free Move offer only includes one pick up location. There would be a $30 charge for each additional pick-up location.
Is UMoveFree a moving company that can quote me pricing on a move if I do not need the apartment locating service?
UMoveFree is not a moving company. We are licensed real estate company and apartment finding service that facilitates moves for our client using a third party
professional moving company. However, we can refer you to a moving company that offers moving services.
