From Gulf Freeway Frontage Road and Cullen Boulevard, Houston, Texas, drive northwest on Gulf Freeway toward Cullen Boulevard. Take the ramp to your left onto I-45 N. Take exit 46A to merge onto US-59 N toward Cleveland. Take the exit toward Beaumont E. Merge onto I-10 E. Take exit 771B toward Lockwood Drive. Merge onto East Freeway. Wheatley Manor is a recently renovated apartment community with brickwork and vinyl siding on the outside of all buildings. Built in 1958, the community consists of two story buildings with more than 100 units available for rent. Those units come with fully equipped kitchens that feature an oven, range and refrigerator. Apartments also feature fireplaces and may come with carpeted floors, mini blinds covering windows and ceiling fans. This unique apartment community offers a number of benefits and amenities for its residents, including a low application fee and a housing voucher acceptance policy. All residents receive one free parking spot, and other spots are available for guests and residents with multiple vehicles.
Interstate 10, also known as the Eastern Freeway, is a few blocks from the community, and there are multiple schools, banks and churches within walking distance. Residents can buy groceries at Peter's Food Market or Nice Stop Food Store. Wheatley Manor offers two bedroom apartments that feature one bathroom.
