About Crescent City

Anyone who loves vintage looking complex will love the Crescent City Apartments located in Downtown South Houston, Texas. Upon entering the complex, residents will see the brick buildings and beautiful foliage throughout the area. The complex is near the Interstate 45 Freeway, so residents have easy access to the 610 as well as Sam Houston Parkway. South of the complex is the William P. Hobby Airport, so residents can watch planes as they take off and come in for a landing.

The Crescent City Apartments are near Lewis Elementary school, Ortiz Middle school as well as Chavez High school, which are all located in the Houston School District. The apartments are also just north of Dow Park. Near the complex, residents will be able to shop and dine and places like La Michoacana Meat Market, Las Hamacas Honduran Restaurant, Budget Food Store as well as Pappas Bar-B-Q.

There are six different apartment layouts, and each one has plenty of room for all walks of life.
