Happy Village Apartments offers a good balance between peace and quiet and being in close proximity to important city features. There are several floor plans to choose from, and some of the floor plans are designed to be townhomes. The smallest floor plan is 624 square feet, and the largest floor plan is 1,340 square feet. Multiple bedroom options are also available. The complex is home to four laundry rooms, one pool, and a movie rental service. Access gates help keep the community secure.
Features and amenities vary depending on floor plan. Carpeting is available in all units, as well as walk-in closets, refrigerators, self-clean ovens, and garbage disposals. The complex also offers dishwashers, ceiling fans, and mini blinds to help make each apartment more comfortable. Cats and dogs are permitted, but residents must make arrangements with the office staff.
