- You must lease at a property found on our website, via our online apartment-locating search tool, or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents
- Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate UMoveFree Apartment Locators, the rebate offer will be void
- Rebates will only be sent after your apartment community has paid UMoveFree's referral invoice
- Rebates are typically mailed within 8 to 16 weeks, depending on your property's invoice processing time
- There will be only one rebate per apartment lease
- Your rental rate* must be at least $650.00 (if less than $650.00, you will be eligible for a reduced cash back rebate offer)
*The rental rate is the effective average rent - All rebate customers must complete our Rebate Request Process in order to qualify
- All rebate requests must be submitted within 60 days of lease start date
- Rebates will be paid via check and mailed to the mailing address you provide through our Rebate Request Process
- Rebate checks are void if not cashed 60 days from date of check
