Just outside of Dallas there are dozens of suburbs to choose from; Seagoville is one of those suburbs and it might be a great choice for you. Seagoville Texas is currently a rapidly growing suburb of Dallas and as such it has been drawing in plenty of new residents. Currently there are plenty of planned developments as well as many residential developments that are currently underway so housing is not an issue in Seagoville. Further development on the small town of Seagoville is also likely though at this time nothing has officially been approved or planned by the city; given that Seagoville is only about 16 square miles miles there really is not a whole lot left to develop either unfortunately.
Seagoville is also planning to completely renovate the downtown district into a new retail center though at this time no exact details are available. Fortunately other nearby towns also offer plenty of entertainment and shopping so a short drive from Seagoville makes it easy to find nearly any sort of shopping or entertainment you might want. Of course given the small size of Seagoville it is not surprising that much of the nearby shopping is in other nearby towns so this is not a huge concern for many Seagoville residents.
Given the extremely close proximity to Dallas Seagoville is also a very popular choice for commuters. Highway 175 connects Seagoville directly to Dallas and in less than 30 minutes you can be in the heart of Dallas. This makes it great for commuters and families who want to be close to Dallas but do not wish to live directly in the city. Schools and colleges are also nearby for people living in Seagoville; there are numerous colleges in Dallas that are well within commuting distance and there are obviously plenty of public schools within Seagoville for children as well. This combined with other factors makes Seagoville a great option for families and aspiring families.
Overall Seagoville is known for being a small suburb that is community oriented. There might not be a whole lot of shopping and retail in the immediate area but nearby towns and cities offer plenty of choices. Seagoville is also home to many corporations and small businesses so there are new jobs being offered constantly as well. If you are looking for a more rural feeling suburb then Seagoville is a good option; the community is very close knit and as such the entire city presents a very warm and cozy feeling of being home. Check out Seagoville today in your search for Dallas/Ft. Worth area residents as it offers a unique feel compared to most suburbs in the area.
