Euless's roots can be traced back to 1879, when Elisha Euless bought a tract of land in the area. More than 50,000 residents now call Euless home. Coupled with its central location in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, it has the amenities of a large city while maintaining a small-town feel.

As part of the Mid-Cities (including Bedford, Colleyville, Grapevine and Hurst) area between Dallas and Fort Worth, you will find many shopping and entertainment options because it is an ideal area for centralized retail. Euless's high school, Trinity High School, serves Euless and parts of Hurst and Bedford. Not only has the school been listed in Newsweek's top high schools in the country, but it is also home to a very successful athletics department. The school's football team has won three state championships since 2005 and has been featured nationally for their unique post-game dance, a Maori "haka." Both the girls and boys soccer teams have made the state playoffs numerous times.

With roots tracing back well over 100 years, Euless is home to great history.
