Encinal Apartments offers carefully designed apartments that take into consideration the concept of conserved space. Each floor plan is carefully designed so that every square foot is utilized in the best way possible. While the floor plans are spacious, the space is further enhanced by the carefully thought out dimensions. One and two bedroom apartments are available in eight different configurations. The floor plans range from 518 to 1,001 square feet. Community features include three laundry rooms, two pools, and office staff that is willing to go the extra mile to make residents happy.

Each apartment offers wall-to-wall carpeting, walk-in closets, and extra storage space for residents to live comfortably. The complex also offers garbage disposals, refrigerators, and dishwashers to make preparing and cleaning up after meals a breeze. Ceilings fans work to evenly distribute air throughout the unit, and mini blinds offer the ability for residents to maintain their privacy.

Cats and dogs are permitted. There is a two-pet maximum, and the complex puts strict restrictions on the breed and size. There is also a non-refundable pet fee and a pet deposit.

The complex is in the San Antonio School District, and Foster Elementary, Connell Middle School, and Highlands High School are close by. Pickwell Park, Pytel Park, and South Side Lions Park East are also near the apartment complex.
