Located right on a major Dallas road, Town View Apartments is a wonderfully accessible and comfortable place to call home. You will feel nice and cozy during the winter with the included wood burning fireplace in each unit. There are at least six different floorplans to choose from, each affording residents a range of amenities that they look for the most. Each apartment does have its own private balcony or patio that can be enjoyed at any time of the year. With a community pool resting in the middle of the complex, it is always easy to cool off during those hot summer days.
Located within walking distance to Skyline High School, there are also a number of bus stops along the way. Frank Guzick Elementary School is not very far away either. While you will want a car to run most of your errands, there are plenty of businesses and restaurants in the area to make use of. With a drive time of only 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas, those who are working are never very far away from the office. Several parks are nearby, and the flat terrain makes riding a bike a fun way to spend the afternoon.
