About Preserve at the Port
Preserve at the Port offers residents the chance to live amongst stunning vistas and exceptionally maintained landscaping. Four floor plans, each named after a different type of tree are available. The property offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom rentals with floor plans that range in size from 667 to 966 square feet. Nine laundry rooms, a fitness room, playground, barbecues, business center, and a pool are all available to residents.
The inside of the apartments at the Preserve at the Port offers residents with frost-free refrigerators to help preserve food. The apartments also feature ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and wall-to-wall carpeting to provide a luxurious feel beneath the feet. Mini blinds come with every window, and many of the units come with a view of the pool.
Pets are welcome at the complex, but the resident must pay a pet deposit and a non-refundable pet fee.
Preserve at the Port is located in the Edgewood School District. Children can attend Winston Elementary School, Brentwood Middle School, or Kennedy High School. The complex is also close to Kennedy Park and Softball Complex. The Port Authority is just down the street, and Lindbergh Park offers another option for residents who want to enjoy time outside.
