Pecan Villa is located right next to Guadalupe Regional Medical Center and is within a half mile of a ton of shopping, restaurants and entertainment including a Walmart Supercenter, a supermarket, Office Depot and King Ranger Theatres. Max Starcke Park and Riverview Park are also a couple minute drive away. These apartments are a short ride up Highway 46 to New Braunfels and nearby I-10 heads straight in to San Antonio.
There is a pool for the enjoyment of residents and a playground on the property. A laundry room on site makes doing a wash convenient. The one, two and three bedroom floor plans are carpeted and have spacious walk-in closets.
