The Apartments at Newport Landing are situated in a busy neighborhood near Interstate 635 and Owen Park in Dallas, Texas. After a trip to Dixon Branch for some tubing or rafting, residents can stop at Maya Tex-Mex or Tukta Thai for a spicy treat. Residents can stop off at Bo Bo China on their way to Brumley Gardens or Star Walk of Dallas. People can stop and get a different outfit at Urban Thrift before picking up groceries at La Michocana Meat Market on the way home. LA Fitness is a few miles away for quick workouts.
Traveling to the city center gives residents a chance to stop at the Dallas Farmer's Market. Tenants often like to go to the Dallas Zoo, the Dallas World Aquarium, and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
