The complex is conveniently located near the 59 and 610 freeways, and there are great places like the Meyerland Plaza nearby. Just south of the complex is the Cornerstone Hospital of Houston as well as a post office. For inexpensive eating on the run, residents are within a mile of Pollo Campero, McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts. There's also a Starbucks nearby to grab a cup of coffee.
Prospective residents will be able to choose from one- or two-bedroom units, and each one has multiple options. The one-bedroom apartments are 684 or 732 square feet, and the two bedrooms are over 1,000 square feet. There's also a two bedroom that's a townhome.
