The Villas on Forest Springs feature one, two and three bedroom apartments in either single level or "townhome style" (2 level) arrangements. Some of the 2 and 3 bedroom units have wood-burning fireplaces; one model has a washer and dryer hookup. There are several unique floor plans for the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.
Most units have galley kitchens equipped with dishwashers, garbage disposals and frost-free refrigerators. Apartments with larger or walk-through kitchens have the same quality features. Besides the roomy walk-in or reach-in closets in the bedrooms, all apartments have some additional closets for storage. There are easily-accessible and well-located pantries and linen closets. In almost all units, there is a closet convenient to the entry.
The community amenities at the Villas on Forest Springs include a well-equipped Fitness Center. There are 3 swimming pools, all surrounded by large areas with furniture for lounging, chatting or picnicking. There is 24-hour emergency maintenance and a Courtesy Patrol.
The DART System has many conveniently-located stops within a short distance, and the community is close to I-635, making the airport easily accessible.
