The units at Heritage at 9th Avenue come in four distinct floor plans. There are both one- and two-bedroom units. Most of the units come with a fireplace, and the bedrooms are large and allow for plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchens offer sliding doors that connect directly to the patio, and the complex is ideally situated to provide you with a comfortable and quiet living area.
The on-site management offers emergency maintenance services, and you can even pay your rent online. Cats and dogs are allowed with a security deposit, and there is a two pet maximum per apartment. Short-term and long-term leases are available, and the apartments are spread out over two floors. If you have children, the apartment complex is located in the La Marque School District.
