It’s a pleasure to prepare dinners in the granite, stainless steel, and espresso wood of the kitchen, and a joy to host in light-filled living spaces. Residents can also prepare and share meals at the pool pavilion, entertainment courtyard, or clubhouse. After the meal, guests can adjourn to the billiards lounge, or perhaps take a gentle stroll under the palm trees on the promenade, or simply engage in lively conversation while relaxing on the pool deck.

The community's onsite management team aims to take care of life’s little details, offering concierge service and parcel receipt and ensuring 24/7 responses to emergency maintenance requests.

Harper's Retreat is located in a tree-filled neighborhood, close to running trails, state forest, and parks. But despite the natural setting, all the dining, shopping, and services of Conroe are easily accessible – some even on foot or by bike. And with I-45 nearby, travel to Houston or beyond is simple.
