Benbrook Manor is conveniently located in downtown Benbrook, a suburb of Fort Worth, Texas. Benbrook houses 40 units in a two-story complex that was built in 1979. The 40 units are made up of 780 square foot 1-bedroom/1-bath apartments and 1,100 square foot 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments. Unit amenities include wall to wall carpeting, mini blinds, patio balconies and full kitchens equipped with dishwashers.
Tenants are allowed to have cats and dogs. There is a two-pet maximum limit and a maximum pet weight of 20 lbs. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and a refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet.
Benbrook Manor is located just south of North Z Boaz Park and North Z Boaz Dog Park which makes the complex great for pet owners.
